Steam lime clam and calamari



This is a dish from Café la ten d'Pengly

Ingredients
200 g  clams (Locals called la la)
100 g  medium size calamari
5  pcs  limes, extract juice
1  pcs  red chilli
1/2 tbsp  sugar
1/2 tsp    salt


Methods
1.  Wash thoroughly the clams and the calamari.
2.  Cut the red chilli into small pieces.
3.  Place all ingredients into a big plate.
4.  Place into a steamer, steam for 15 minutes.
5.  Garnish with parsley
4.  Serve.
