Lime Steamed Lala Clams 酸柑蒸啦啦



 

Ingredients:

A) - 500g Fresh clams B) Sauce

- 1/2 Tsp Salt

- 1 Tsp Fish Sauce

- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice

- 1 Tbsp Sugar

- 2 Tbsp Oil

- 2 Drops Sesame Oil

- 5 Cloves Garlic ( Crushed )

- 2 Red Chillies ( Chopped ) Garnishing: - Coriander - Lime Slices


Method:

1.Mix all the ingredientsin B

2. In a pot, bring some water to a boil. Water must be enough to cover the clams

3. Dish out the clams when the water boils again.

4. Place the clams in a dish, pour and mix in the sauce in B

5. Place it in a steamer and steam for 5 minutes.
